David Bolam-Smith
David Bolam-Smith, of Christchurch, received the Queen’s Service Medal for services to the community. Mr Bolam-Smith has been a volunteer and office holder on the Christchurch and Kurashiki Sister City Committee for 20 years. He is a foundation member of the Friends of Kurashiki Garden in Christchurch, and has been involved in soccer in Christchurch for more than 30 years.
